Trouble finding employees in limited time?
Long story short I am looking for people who want to work at home and get paid to promote some sites for me.
(I have limited time as my mother is currently ill and needs a lot of help.)
I have tried posting in webmaster forums, as it's online work, and in a few general forums, but no one who replied spoke proper English.
Is there some kind of directory where I should list my job, or should I just keep waiting on emails?
I cant find a directory for listing legitimate jobs, only scammy, weird, half English ones.
Can anyone offer me advice, or even better still a place to list the job?
I am trying to hire 5 people by Monday and it's not going well at all.

Advertising: Where To Find Those Who Need A PHP Script Installed & Promoted?
I am looking to find PHP scripts, install them and help promote them.
Example: Say, if person A asks me to find them an article script. I do so and install it for them. I then would create meta tags and on page content and help promote their script. I've used forums.digitalpoint in the past. However, their server crashed and it seems to be all spam now. I have also used eBay but they have become expensive.
Should I target webmaster forums, php forums and advertising forums? Any ideas?
How would I promote script? Example, you ask me to install an article script for you. I will create meta tags and submit your site to directories, forums and blogs. Of course we would talk about your needs.
