Where can I find a cheap storage/utility cabinet!!!?!?
I see these all over yet I simply cannot find any! They're just pressed particle board, nothing special inside except maybe a single shelf. Perhaps I'm not referring to them correctly?!

Some cheap storage ideas?
I just want some short term storage ideas, since my room's a tip and I need a bit of encouragement (why tidy up if it'll get messed up in a week due to inaccessibility of everything?)
I've got about a year until uni so nothing expensive or fancy, but more emphasis on it being cheap and practical. It would be great if it didn't take up too much space, too - my bedroom is pretty small. I don't mind making things either if it's not too difficult.
The main things I want to store are books (hardback, paperback, notebooks, textbooks and revision guides) and file paper (sortable) and clothing.
Wow, thanks for the response - I've found some stackable open plastic boxes that are pretty good, although the lower boxes aren't too accesible. I'm storing books, bags and shoes in the lower ones, with the top for everyday clothes.
If it helps, I have a bunk bed (used to share with a sister who has moved out for uni - leaving most of her junk behind...). I'm using the bottom bunk as a "filing cabinet" of sorts for now.
Keep the suggestions coming, they're really great!

Cheap storage options for my bedroom/re-doing furniture?
I don't really have much cash to spend on storage options. There are 2 dressers that were left in the house when I moved in I was thinking of redoing but I don't really know where to start they look like something out of 70's vegas they have like a shinny plastic ish coating on the top a piece of which is peeling. I'm not sure whether or not it would be easier to paint the coating or to take it off and sand the dresser then paint it.
any help would be great!

cheap storage bins/baskets?
Okay, so I'm trying to organize my room (this is like my 10th time trying to do so lol) and I realized that my problem was that I didn't have storage bins or anything of that sort to really help me organize all my stuff. I have sooooo many things in my room its crazy. You know when you just start collecting stuff and you just can't let go of them even if it is junk or all those free pens and pencils you get? Well, that's what I'm storing. And all of my school items too.
SO! I'm on a tight budget and was wondering where I could get storage bins/baskets to put in my bookshelves and under my bed.
And do you guys have any suggestions for cleaning my room? I really want it to stay clean now haha

Cheap closet storage?
I am redoing a closet in the 'game room' and I was needing some cheap storage ideas. I am wrapping cardboard boxes in wrapping paper for storage boxes but I'm in need of a way to store them. I was thinking about just stacking them but I'd rather have them stored in a way I could quickly and easily reach any box, on bottom or on top. Does anyone know of a good way to make some super cheap shelving or some other kind of rack for the boxes to sit on?

What is the average size of a modern driver?
I'm looking this up for my pops, who works on computers but mostly spends his time with 5+ year old machines. Specifically, my question is: How big would a cheap storage device need to be to be able to hold, say, 80% of the drivers you'd run across when building a machine? (That way, you could just track down the driver and stick it to the hardware rather than keeping track of a few dozen on your flash chip.)

Do you have simple but great looking storage and setting up ideas for a boy/girl play room?
I have done a huge search on Google but cant seem to find anything. I have a daughter (5) and a son(3) and we are setting up a playroom for both of them and when their friends are over. The problem is my daughter is very girly, into barbie, my little pony, dolls, princesses etc and my son well, he is a BOY...cars, trucks, buzz and woody, thomas...So how can I organise a play room that is simple and very practcle for both. I also want the room to be an art room and tv room for them...Kinda like a little sactuary they can do whatever in. I need simple CHEAP storage ideas.

Is there a way to modify a flash cart so the xbox 360 will recognize it as a storage device?
im kinda low on cash ($15 US dollars) to buy a memory storage device but my friend offered me his flash drive but as everyone says online..i dont believe you can use it for saving games or saving your gamertag and stuff on it. If you could tell me, if you know, a way to modify my flash drive (as in downloading something and putting it in the flash drive) that makes the 360 recognize it as a storage device or tell me of a cheap storage device i could buy with close to 20 bucks
